• Are we really locked in the room?

No, if you need to exit the game for any reason, you can leave from the door you came in. Once you leave the room, you cannot re-enter.

• Is it scary?

No. There will be no one or no thing there to jump out at you or grab you or otherwise scare you. Some of our rooms may have a horror theme, but it is merely for atmosphere. Think along the lines of Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas or an old silent film like Nosferatu

• Where are you located?

• How much is it?

$35 a person. A $1/per person discount is included with any group more than 4. 

• How long does it take?

The actual room will take about an hour. Please also allow 10 minutes or so for before and after the game to explain the rules and then go over the puzzles.

• When are you open?

We are open Monday-Sunday. Our escape room booking hours are from 11:00am to 11:00pm.

• Can children participate?

Yes. We do recommend this for children 12 and up as some of these puzzles can be quite difficult. We do require that all children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult.

• Will there be other people in the room?

No, we allow each group to experience the game privately. We do not force you to play with complete strangers.

• Do we need to bring anything?

Bring a printout of your booking confirmation. Nothing else is needed.

• Can we do this while drunk or otherwise impaired?

This is an activity which requires a clear mind to do successfully. If you arrive intoxicated or such you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. Afterwards, feel free to tip back a few.

• Can I host a corporate or other group event there?

• Are bookings refundable?

All deposits on bookings are non-refundable. You have 24 hrs prior to your scheduled booking to cancel your booking with a refund of the non-deposit portion of your payment. If you miss your booking without notice and had paid in full, there is no refund.

• Do you allow walk-ins?

No, all of our bookings must be done online ahead of time.

• Can we play the same room again?

No, after the game our staff will go over the game for you. Feel free to try one of our new rooms when they open.
