Welcome and thank you for checking out our release celebration for Moonrise! This will be a starter deck event! You get 1 Moonrise starter deck that is chosen at random +2 Moonrise booster packs! So that's 1 deck, the 3 packs it comes with, and 2 additional packs! You'll use this kit to construct a unique sealed deck that you'll play with! From there we enter you into swiss rounds where you'll compete for more moonrise booster packs! Every round win gets you a pack that can be redeemed after the last round! The top 2 players take home an extra pack too! So for $35, you have a chance to walk away with: 1 starter deck + 10 moonrise booster packs.

1st Place: 1 additional Moonrise Booster Pack + 1 pack per round win

2nd Place: 1 additional Moonrise Booster Pack + 1 pack per round win

All other players: 1 pack per round win + the starter deck and boosters you used to play with.

Escape Adventures
Escape Adventures require a 50% deposit to lock in your booking. In the event you need to reschedule, You can do so up to 24 Hours before your booking. If you need to cancel the booking and you paid in full (prior to 24 hours), You will be refunded the non-deposit portion of your booking. If you are within 24 hours of your booking we will not be able to refund you or change your booking. 
Please be on time, if you are beyond 15 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
In the event of weather related closings, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.

Court Rentals
Court Rentals require a 100% deposit to lock in your booking. In the event you need to reschedule, You can do so up to 24 Hours before your booking. If you need to cancel the booking and you paid in full (prior to 24 hours), You will be refunded the non-deposit portion of your booking. If you are within 24 hours of your booking we will not be able to refund you or change your booking.
Please be on time, Your booking may not be able to be extended due to bookings after yours.
In the event of weather related closings, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
